Creative Strategy
When Lexus introduced the RX 350L they knew that the third row and extra capacity would be a huge selling point for their customers. My team partnered with the Lexus creative agency, Team One, to create an online video experience that would highlight what this new feature could mean for Lexus customers.
The goal of the campaign was to drive traffic to the RX 350L page of the Lexus site. We used Lexus 1st party data to create two main campaign targets. Corporate Leaders and Travel Enthusiasts. Our team then designed a strategy that would inform Team One’s live shoot for the campaign. Not only were we able to collaborate with Team One to design what these two target groups would look like but we were even able to create sub categories within each group for creative optimization during the campaign.
Video Variations
Our team’s collaboration with Team One did not end with the strategy and pre production. After each individual character was filmed, our design team stayed on to manage the post production work as well. Editing, color correcting, building out motion graphics animations for the text lockups and creating a sound design that would match the high energy of the spot. Each variant was specifically designed with the campaign target in mind to drive performance.
